Brooke is a native New Mexican. She attended San Diego State University and received her B.A. in political science with a minor in communication. Brooke graduated magna cum laude and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She returned from San Diego to attend University of New Mexico School of Law. In her third year she was a clinician for the Southwest Indian Law Clinic where she represented Native clients in tribal court. Brooke graduated from UNM in 2023. Brooke began her career in Albuquerque defending individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability and specialized litigation under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. Outside the office, Brooke spends her time walking her dog along the Bosque.
